Enabling your license
WASP is shareware, which means you may try a limited version of WASP but you need to purchase a license to benefit from unlimited use and extended features.
- Activating your license

After purchasing
your license you need to enter it in the Options dialog.
Once validated, the product name will be shown and the features corresponding to your purchase will be enabled. The message "Invalid license key" means you have entered an invalid email or license key.
- Lost license key

Enter the email used for the purchase at the bottom of the Support page. You will get your license key through email.
- License identification
- The license identification is shown when entering your email & key. It can also be viewed, along with the max links and domains limits, from the About tab of the sidebar.
- Shareware Edition: the basic version of WASP.
- WASP for Analyst: unlock the sidebar.

WASP Market Research: unlock all features, including Market Research
scans.
- Corporate Agreement: a special license allowing anyone using a specific email domain and the proper license key to use WASP Market Research.
- (Special Edition): this indicates you received a free license proportional to the financial contribution you have done when WASP was in beta.

- User License
- Firefox extensions are tied to a single user on a single computer. A user license permits you to use WASP on any of your own computer accounts. You are not authorized to share licences and concurrent usage is not allowed.
- Upgrades
- Each license is valid for the current major version of WASP at the time of purchase (currently 1.X), and remains valid for all updates up to but not including the next major version (2.X). A license is eligible for free upgrade to the next major version if the next major version is released within three months of the license purchase. Upgrade pricing will be 40% of the original license purchase price.
